About Neil Braithwaite
From Law Firm Partner to Specialist Coach
I spent 20 years practising as a solicitor and partner in London, including 11 years at legacy firm DAC Beachcroft, leading high-performing dispute resolution teams. I bring first-hand experience of the commercial, cultural, and interpersonal demands of partnership in large law firms.
Since 2008, I have coached partners, senior lawyers and corporate leaders across leading global law firms, and FTSE-listed organisations. In that time, I have worked with countless associates who achieved partnership during or shortly after our period of working together, partners who moved into the full equity or into more senior leadership roles, and corporate heads who moved up to VP level or into the C-Suite.
My approach with all my clients is to help them in developing themselves and their practice or remit to such an extent that their progression to the next level and beyond becomes an inevitable consequence of their growth and development.

My experience in the profession shapes my coaching: practical, commercially aware, and grounded in how leadership really works day to day.
My practice is based in London, but I work with clients around the world.
