I work with C-suite executives, VPs and functional heads to develop clarity, impact and performance at the highest level. Sessions are discreet, practical and outcomes-driven — combining coaching structure and psychological understanding with commercial insight.

"Neil was introduced to me by my mentor as I transitioned from Google Cloud to Colt. It was an important transition for me as I was moving from senior management to executive leadership. Colt was about many firsts for me - I was reporting to the CEO for the first time, I had to interact with the Board for the first time and I was stepping into executive leadership for the first time...This is where Neil was very helpful... Neil's approach is one of asking Socratic questions - helping me to really reach deep to understand core motivations and to face conflict with confidence. Neil sets the pace with the questioning, a pace that is created around the personality of who he is coaching. This makes the process very seamless and very intuitive. I can say with a lot of confidence that if you are looking to make the leap to the next level, get that promotion, move up the corporate ladder, Neil is the best ally you can have to help you get there. If you lean into the process and commit, in a relatively short time, you will find your path to success. I certainly did find mine."

Senior leadership is a different job from the one that earned you the promotion. The technical excellence and personal delivery that made you indispensable become less relevant, and the work shifts to judgement, influence, and the ability to get results through people who don't report to you. Most leaders make that transition without ever being taught it.

Having spent more than twenty years as a lawyer and a partner in a London firm before coaching senior professionals since 2008, I understand commercial pressure from the inside. Coaching gives you one place where you can think honestly, without managing anyone's perception of you, and leave with a clear view of what to do next.

    How it works

    1. Discovery call

A confidential 30 minute conversation to understand your situation and what you want to achieve. No obligation.

    2. Goals and framing

We agree the outcomes for the engagement, and where useful gather input from those around you so we're working on what genuinely matters.

    3. Coaching sessions

Sessions lasting 90 minutes, by video or in person in London, typically every two to four weeks over six to twelve months.

    4. Review and embedding

We review progress against the original goals and make sure the changes hold once the coaching ends.

    Start with a conversation

If you are considering coaching for yourself or for a leader in your organisation, the simplest next step is a confidential conversation. There is no obligation, and you will leave with a clearer view of whether coaching is the right investment.
